Question What are the shipping times?
AnswerRegarding Italy, the article will arrive within a maximum of 7 working days, for The rest of Europe the product will arrive within 10 working days.
In the rest of the world, depending on where exactly, delivery will take place within 15 working days.
Question Purchases on APU: Where is my package?
AnswerIn the shipping confirmation email you can check the status of the delivery of your order by clicking on the link “Find my package”.
Question What do I do if the product is defected or wrong?
AnswerIf the purchased product is defected, you can contact APU.
Here are the steps to follow:

  • write a brief description regarding the issue you found on the product
  • take 4/5 photos where you can clearly see the defect, including a photo of the complete head from both the front and back
  • send everything to the email info@apu-alpaca.com, your email including photos not must exceed the magnitude of 10 MB.

If the product you bought is wrong, such as size or fantasy, you can change within a maximum of 100 days from receipt of the package. They will be accepted only unused and unwashed items. Also it is important not to tear the labels and do not dirty the goods.
The shipping cost for return for defective products is charged to APU, for wrong purchases, shipping costs are charged to the buyer.

ATTENTION:
As our products are entirely handmade and not treated with dyes chemical, the slightly difference of colours on articles compared to the pictures on our website, the different color shades inside the garment and any more loose points inside the garment are not considered as defects, but they are an integral part of the craft process.

Question Is VAT included on APU’s products?
AnswerYes, all APU’s products are including 22% VAT.
Question Are shipping costs included in the price?
AnswerShipping costs are included in the price of the product up to a limit of 15 euros for articles with prices over 100 euros, and 8 euros for items with a price of less than 100 euros. If the cost of shipping exceeds 15 euros for a large article (eg sweater, skirt or pocho) or 8 euros for a small item (eg gloves, hats or scarves), the difference in the amount is compensated by the buyer.
